| Guest Registration (eVisitor)
In accordance with Croatian law, all accommodation providers are required to register guests in the national eVisitor system.
For this purpose, guests may be asked to provide personal information such as their name, surname, date of birth, nationality and identification document details. This information is collected solely for legal registration and statistical purposes and is processed in accordance with applicable Croatian and European data protection regulations (GDPR).
Personal data is shared only with authorized public authorities and institutions as required by law.

| Cancellation policy
- Cancellation up to 61 days before arrival: full refund of the advance payment (deposit), excluding bank and transaction fees.
- Cancellation 60 days or less before arrival: the advance payment (deposit) is non-refundable.
- Exception: In the event of cancellation 60 days or less before arrival, the advance payment (deposit) may be refunded in full or in part, excluding bank and transaction fees, if the cancelled accommodation period is subsequently rebooked by another guest. Any refund shall be limited to the amount corresponding to the rebooked period.
- No refund will be granted in case of no-show or early departure.
